After graduating from the University of Puget Sound Law School in 1978, Mr. Winskill prosecuted felony cases for the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. In addition to going to trial on virtually all types of criminal cases, such as murder, homicide, robbery, drug and theft cases, Mr. Winskill was also one of two deputy prosecutors in charge of the sex offense unit.After four years at the prosecutor's office, and with extensive criminal trial experience, Mr. Winskill entered private practice in 1983. Since that time, Mr. Winskill has represented thousands of clients, primarily in the field of criminal law.
